Christmas cards
I have for several years been designing my own cards starting with photos of all the family members in the house
1986 Daniella had just arrived

2000 and Omatayo has joined the family along with Pepper the cat
2001?
2006- Not being christian means that we wish people happiness for the year coming
2007 Diana was chosen to appear in an advert for Dove, photographer by Annie Leibovitz and displayed on a billboard in Times Square hence the caption for 2008.
2008 Joel our son got married and this is the family photo from that event
2009 by which time Daniella was the only one left at home
2010 and Daniella is still at home but Joe and Omatayo have left
2011 This is based on the painting American Gothic by Grant Wood The building in the background is at the end of our road and the snow shovel was supplied to very household that year by camden council - as yet we have not used it
2012 This is based on a shoot that David Bailey did of Mick Jagger and includes Pepper our cat
2013 This Card is based on the painting Mr and Mrs Andrews by Thomas Gainsborough, updated for 2013
2014 and the arrival of our granddaughters Etta and Amara-Belle
2015 A Mary Poppins theme for this year
2016 and Diana and I were added to a stained glass window from the church in Manaton Devon
2017 Edward Hopper's famous picture was the inspiration
2018 Strictly Ballroom was a big fad on TV and Jack Vettriano provided the theme for this year
2019 There was a major exhibition of Anthony Gormley work at the Royal Academy so Diana and I joined the collection that year
2020 based on the Sg Pepper's Lonely Heart Club Band album cover this picture has all our family members plus the Fab Four
We bought a house in Exmouth in July 21 which gave excuse for this card
This was the card for 2022 based on a famous Banksy/Baynsy and yes that is Diana and Jeff
Xmas 23: This is based on a Hockney picture called American Collectors on our Kandinsky inspired "Muriel" painted by our friend Michael Munday
Xmas 23: A double sided card this year featuring a picture taken by my sister Sally on a trip to Versailles France
2024 inspired by George Seurat's 1884 painting that you can see in the National Gallery "Bathers at Asnières". A special thanks to Sarah Harvey who helped bring this to life
